Kakao Members have priority ticket access, which is specified below. Payments can be made through the Kakao payment system. Tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, and fees set by the ticket seller, promoter, and/or the venue, as applicable. The ticket provided by the seller is subject to availability and may be changed or revoked at any time. Not all seats are available, and blackout dates may apply. All guests will be assigned to their seats, which will be allocated at the organizer's discretion. You must be 20 years of age or older to purchase tickets, attend the event, and consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly.

Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

Champagne Seoul does not issue refunds as a policy. Tickets may be transferred to other guests by emailing info@champagne-seoul.com.
Should you wish to arrange payment from abroad, kindly contact us at info@champagne-seoul.com. Our team will be delighted to provide you with the required information for international settlement.

Filming and Photography

By entering any Champagne Seoul event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and recorded and consent to the following: I hereby irrevocably authorize and grant permission to Rabbit Grave LCC, their successors and assignees, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and others authorized by them (collectively, "Grantees"), to use, separately or together, my name, picture, or other likenesses, including but not limited to my voice, video representation, on-camera performance, initials, photographs, and biographical data concerning me as embodied in the recorded appearance of me, in whole or in part, in connection with Champagne Seoul in any and all media now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, broadcast and cable television, industrial media, and internet) throughout the world, in perpetuity.
